To use V3Mail service you will need to download a free application and run from your computer desktop. This is not a bad thing and does not take up too much space on your system.

This videomail provider also has email accounts available. The downside of their videomail service is the video is an attachment to an email. I found nothing in their content about video compression of sent videomails. They provide a free version and a paid version of their services.

I have not tried the service, since I prefer streaming video over large attachment files.
