The Good

This company is growing on the international scene, more than in the USA where they are based. They are a full service video communication service. They have some great features built in that others don't have. For one the cost is low and you can record up to a 10 minute video mail. They are feature rich throughout the product line. They have all my favorite features like disable video, customize your graphics around the video screen, and video watched notification. This is a network marketed service, you must go through a sponsor to buy the service. So if you don't know anyone who is a sponsor, you need to search until you find someone you can buy the service from.

The Bad

After I found a sponsor ID that I could use to buy the service from. I went in to the site, and was very confused about the different service packs they offered. It took hours to figure out. Then I ended up buying it twice and getting charged twice, It was so confusing. These after I got in, their was some kind of glitch, and I could not send a video mail or access some areas of the site. That happens. But there was no way to reach anyone. No humans to be found. They took hundreds of dollars from me to get started and it would not work. They have a submit a tech support ticket feature that took me hours to figure out. It must have been designed by an engineer for engineers. It was ridiculous. It was like they did not want to be contacted. I was very unhappy with their technical support. You can only buy the service through a sponsor, (network marketing- MLM) I tracked down my sponsor, who after a few days, contacted me and used his secret phone number to leave a message for someone high up in the company. I finally got the issue resolved. I later cancelled the account since I saw it was too difficult to reach a human. They did refund all my money.
